The 70s were all about freedom. The early 70s saw styles loosening up -- the hippie movement brought boho (bohemian) styles, so you'll see lots of back to the earth, flowing styles, as well as hip huggers and midriff tops. Later in the 70s, the disco era hit, so styles changed to flared skirts, halters, and dresses with skirts that twirled when they did The Hustle, just like in Saturday Night Fever. At the end of the era, Victorian, Gunne Sax styles hit, with lots of pintucks, ribbon and lace. We've got styles from each part of the decade, so check it out.
