This is an original pattern.

S1914 The back buttoning bodice joins the gathered skirt at the natural seam, and the short gathered sleeves are bound at the lower edge.  Styles 2 and 3 have bound neck edge and pockets.  Style 1 has a peter pan collar and rick rack trims the front seam.  In Style II the gathered pockets and bodice front are cut of contrasting fabric.  In Style III, lace edging outlines the bound armhole edges, front seams and pockets.

Has been cut.  Missing tiny guide piece.  Otherwise complete with all other pieces and instructions.
