Simplicity 2857; ©1949; Girls' Bra, Shorts and Jacket: Darts in back and soft pleats in front fit the slim shorts at the waistline. A side opening and side-entrance pockets are featured. The loer edges of the shorts folds back to form cuffs. The back-buttoning bra, fitted with darts, features shoulder straps and has a bias fold trim at the upper edge. The dart-fitted jacket buttons down the front and has patch pockets. Short, set-in sleeves and a little collar are additional features. Style 1 is made of one fabric. Style 2 has belt carriers. The sash and bra are made in contrast to the shorts and jacket.
Printed pattern is missing the shorts front and back and shorts pocket facing pieces.
