This is an original unprinted pattern, complete with all pieces and instructions.  It has been previously used.  Blouse features V shaped crocheted or knitted insert.  Bodice fitted with darts and has peplum effect.  Sleeves may be cap or three quarter length.  Collar may be small square style or stand up.  Zipper opening on side and back.
