This is an original printed pattern.  It remains unused.  Dolls' Clothes for Shirley Temple Doll: V. 1 and 2 dress has puff sleeves and gathered skirt. V. 1 pinafore has embroidered ruffles. V. 2 rick rack trims dress. V. 3 is blouse and contrasting skirt. V. 4 lined coat has contrasting collar. Hat has ribbon trim which ties under chin. V. 5 long dress has wide collar, gathered skirt and underskirt; matching wide brim hat. V. 6 petticoat has elastic waistband. V. 7 pajama top has gathers at neck edge and long kimono sleeves with elastic at wrists. V. 6 and 7 panties and pants have elastic at waistline and leg edges. From 1959.

Sized for 17" doll.
Complete with all pieces and instructions.  Envelope has damage at top (see photos), but nothing that will impede use of the pattern.

Patterns are shipped in plastic bags, with a backing board. This will protect them from the elements (and the post office).
