This is an original unprinted sewing pattern.  It has been previously used and is missing the back facing piece as well as the instructions.  One Piece Dress. Four piece skirt has an unpressed inverted pleat at centre-front and centre-back, and joins the bodice at waist-line. Released dart pleats below the low rounded neckline. Three quarter fitted and short sleeves. Bias girdle joined to loose panel is drawn through a buttonhole in front.

Missing the back facing piece and the instructions.  Envelope is worn, and has a taped area on the upper right side.  There is a tear across the back. Seams are starting to come apart, but envelope is still very useable.
