(A) Stand-up two buttoned collar, three-quarter sleeves, purchased belt. (B) Contrast trim on bateau neckline, short sleeves, and scalloped front; self-belt. (C) Contrast trim on bateau neckline, short sleeves and front; contrast bound patch pockets; self-belt.

Measurements are not on envelope but according to the era would be:
Bust 34
Waist 26
Hip 36
Uncut and in factory folds. Envelope has been removed from original and pasted onto a manila envelope.
