This is an original printed sewing pattern. It has been previously used and is missing the pocket piece.  Girls' Sports Separates: Blouse, skirt and pants. Front buttoned blouse with sailor collar, 8 gore flared skirt and dart fitted pants with elastic in back or waistband. Blouse has long or short set in sleeves, long sleeves gathered into buttoned bands. Short sleeves and collar (optional) trimmed with braid. Pants have pocket in right side seam. Blouse and pants have vents in side seams. Skirt and pants have left side zippers.
