This is an original printed pattern.  It has been previously used and is missing the front facing piece.  From 1986. Belle France - Misses' Dress: Dress, below mid-calf or lower calf, has front collar, shoulder pads, loose-fitting blouson (back) bodice, front inset, yokes, straight pleated skirt and below elbow or long sleeves with pleated cap. Purchased belt. A: belt and contrast. A,B: sleeves are tucked at lower edge. C: button cuffs, purchased trim.

Tab with measurements is missing, but per the era, measurements should be:
Bust 31 1/2
Waist 24
Hips 33 1/2
