This is an original printed pattern.  It has been previously used but is complete. Misses' Semi-Fitted Dress and Obi Sash: Back buttoned dress with skirt gathered to bodice at elasticized waistline, has front and back V neckline, collar with optional trim, side seam pockets, sleeves pleated to armhole and optional obi sash and ribbon bow. View 2 and 3 have contrasting collar. View 1 has short sleeves with pleat and button trim at lower edge. View 2 has short sleeves with contrasting cuffs. View 3 has long tapered sleeves.  1983.
