This is an original printed pattern.  It has been previously used but is complete.   Cathy Hardwick - Misses' Blouse and Full Skirt . . . Transfer for Embroidery Included: The tucked blouse has buttoned front band and set-in sleeves. V. 1 has short sleeves with turn-back cuffs and double "Peter-Pan" collar. V. 2 and 3 sleeves are gathered to armholes. V. 2 has long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs, and purchased eyelet collar. V. 3 has elbow length sleeves with elastic casings, "Peter Pan" collar and ribbon tie. Skirt V. 1, 2 and 3 gathered to waistband with attached cummerbund has back zipper and pockets in side front seams. V. 1 blouse and skirt has optional embroidery. V. 2 blouse and skirt has fagoting trim.
