This is an original printed pattern.  It remains in factory folds. Slot seams in blouse front. Shoulder yoke front and back, long sleeves, and sash at front are of contrasting fabric in style 1. Sash joins to ends of belt in back which is stitched to back blouse and skirt over waistline seam. Style 2 has purchased belt.  Bishop or short sleeves darted in armhole. Short sleeves tucked at lower edge. Copyright 1940, this is an example of the transition from 30s glamour into the 40s, before the war started and fabric rationing began.
