This is an original brochure, NOT a scan. February 1887 issue of Peterson's Magazine, featuring pictures of fashions of the day, artwork in black and white, and fiction writing.  There are some crochet patterns included as well.

About 50 pages.  I believe this to be fairly complete, though the covers are missing, and there is no table of contents to ensure this.  Binding was originally done with two staples and although the binding is tight, pages at the back are beginning to come loose of the staples.  One page is missing, and with much handling, more will follow, I'm sure. There is some minor foxing, but nothing that will impair your enjoyment of this wonderful piece of history.

Shipped to you in an archival plastic bag, with a backing protector to keep it safe.
