This is an original brochure, NOT a scan. Simplicity Pattern Fashion News brochure from December, 1977, shows fashions of the day and the associated pattern numbers.  Lots of full color photos of patterns of the day -- perfect for a sewing enthusiast, or as a part of a time capsule birthday gift. Patterns shown are primarily maxi dresses for the holidays, careerwear, and Christmas craft themes.  Interestingly, though the covers are printed in portrait (vertical) format, the inside pages are in landscape (horizontal) format. Printed on newsprint.  

10 pages, not including covers.  In very good vintage condition.  There are a few pinpoint dots at the bottom edge, which is typical of these booklets.

Patterns are made of paper, thus they may show signs of wear, such as stains, creases, tears, foxing, marks or pinholes. We do our best to describe accurately. 

Patterns are shipped in plastic bags, with a backing board.  This will protect them from the elements (and the post office).
