This is an original unprinted pattern.  It appears unused.  Pinafore, Panties, Bonnet: Pinafore has back-buttoned bib, gathered skirt, arm ruffles and back ties. Matching panties have elastic waist. Bonnet has wide brim and ties under chin. Cherry appliques can be added to bib, skirt and bonnet.
