30s Peplum Blouse w/ Pockets & Pleated Skirt Vintage Petite Sewing Pattern New York 120 V31

This is an original unprinted pattern.  This wounded bird has been previously used and is missing the instructions.  Juniors' and Misses' Blouse and Skirt. Blouse Is Closed Through Inset Laps at Center-Front. Separate Three-Piece Circular Skirt Closed at Left Side. Interesting that it has Joan Bennett's autograph on the front -- I've never seen a New York Pattern with an association with a Hollywood star before!
