This is an original unprinted pattern.  It remains in factory folds.  Created for those 5'4" and under!  Dress features small collar with bow, or large square collar.  Buttons to waist.  Pintucked to waist, with pleats at below knee hem.  Attached two piece skirt.  Short fluttery or long bishop sleeves.
