This is an original printed pattern by Heigl & Nordstrom Designs, and issued by Simplicity as part of their Retro Costume Collection.  It remains unused and in factory folds.  Fitted dress has cap sleeves and right hip detail.  Shoulder pads.  Back zipper closure.  Evening length dress has front slit.  Instructions for floral headband are also included.
