40s Womens Pleated Skirt & Button Front Blouse Two Piece Dress Vintage Sewing Pattern Advance 4652 B34

This is an original unprinted pattern.  It has been previously used but is complete.  Ladies blouse has front placket with two buttons and pointed collar, and left breast pocket.  Skirt is fitted at waist to band and features skirt with inverted pleats and top stitching.  Zipper closure.
