This is an original unprinted sewing pattern.  It has been previously used, but is complete.  Darling smock top with foldover flap pockets has a slit neckline, collar and center inverted back pleat. The skirt has a waistband and an underlay that ties and will adjust to the expanding waistline of an expectant mother. The front flap hides this adjustable area and buttons to the side waist.
