60s Fit N Flare or Fitted Sheath Dress w/ Flounced Sleeve Easy Petite Vintage Sewing Pattern Simplicity 4254 B32

This is an original printed pattern.  It has been previously used but is complete. Misses' One-Piece Dress with Two Skirts: : "Simple to Make". Both views have lowered neckline, above the elbow length sleeves and back zipper closing. V. 1 has two ruffles at lower edge of sleeves, lace edging trim and slim skirt with soft pleats at front waistline and back kick pleat. Tie belt is of self fabric. V. 2 features one ruffle at lower edge of sleeves, rick-rack trim and gathered skirt. Ribbon ties in a bow at waistline. 1962.
