This is an original printed pattern. It remains unused. Smocking goes to your head, and it is pure flattery! Whip up one or both hats. Hats are smocked on the reverse side. Use velveteen, jersey or faille.
Sizes 21 1/2, 22 and 23 included. Unused and in factory folds. Instructions are fragile at seams and are partially apart at one set of the seams. Very useable, just use care or the seams will separate, or choose to reinforce them with archival tape.
