This is an original printed pattern.  It has been previously used but is complete.  Misses' Dress in Two Lengths: The dress with back zipper and "V" shaped neckline has bodice and gathered skirt stitched to midriff. Regular length V. 1 with short set-in sleeves has metallic braid and jeweled trim. V. 2 has long set-in sleeves. V. 2 and 3 are floor length. Sleeveless V. 3 features jeweled trim. 1971.
