This is an original printed pattern.  It is uncut. Misses' Dress & Cardigan. Dress has center front seam with mandarin or collarless options. Skirt is flared. Back zipper. May be made in above knee or maxi length. Cardigan sweater has five button closure, patch pockets and topstitching.

No other measurements but according the time period hips would be 33 1/2.
