70s Girls Milkmaid Dress Maxi or Mini Length Gathered Bodice Smock Top McCalls 4397 Size 7

This is an original pattern. It has been cut.  Girls' Dress or Top. Pullover dress or top with tie belt included in side seams, has elastic in bodice front upper casing and high waisted front seam casing; short sleeves with gathered cap have elastic in casings. Dress B has rick rack trim. 1975.
