80s Cuffed Long Shorts Cropped Jacket & Pullover Blouse Top Designer Joseph Picone Petite Vintage Sewing Pattern Vogue 2970 B 32

This is an original printed sewing pattern.  It remains unused.  By American Designer Joseph Picone. Jacket, Shorts & Top: Loose-fitting, lined, below waist length jacket has extended shoulders, shaped collar, concealed buttoned closing, pockets inside front seams, lower band & full length sleeves with buttoned cuffs. Cuffed shorts, 2" above mid-knee, have front pleated into buttoned waistband with carriers, slanted pockets & mock fly zipper. Both have pick-stitch trim. Loose-fitting, pullover top has bias neck binding, back neckline slit with button & thread loop, shaped armholes & short sleeves with buttoned cuffs. Edgestitching.
