This is an original printed sewing pattern. It has been previously used and is missing the small rectangular continuous lap piece.Blouse is pleated into yoke with forward shoulder seams, has collar, ruffle and buttoned front bands; sleeves with gathered cap are gathered into buttoned cuffs. Gathered, flared bias skirt has soft front pleats, side seam pockets with opening in left side, and waistband.
