80s Ruffled Special Occasion Dark Academia Dress Designer Valentino Petite Vintage Sewing Pattern Vogue 2812 B31

This is an original printed sewing pattern.  It is uncut. Dress, two inches below mid knee or evening length has shoulder pads, standing collar, tie attached at neckline, front buttoned closing, fitted bodice, back insets (contrast), self lined hip yokes and circular skirt.  Full length sleeves slightly gathered at cap have self bias binding and zipper at lower edge. Narrow hem and topstitching A: purchased lace ruffled. Purchased belts.
