This is an original printed sewing pattern.  It has been previously used but is complete.  By American Designer Perry Ellis. Jacket, Dress, Top, Shorts & Sash A,B: Loose-fitting, lined, below hip jacket or straight dress, above mid-knee has extended shoulders, shoulder pads, welt pockets, side panels & long 2-piece sleeves with button vent. C,D: Lined, close-fitting, tapered, halter dress, above mid-knee or top has front tucks & back zipper. D: back vent.
