Complete with all pieces and instructions.  Envelope and three pieces have had small repairs with archival tape.  Two of those pieces (lower ruffled and skirt back for dress) have small missing areas about 1/2 x 1 inch that you may want to repair before using, although they could also be used without a repair, as the areas of tears are relatively minor.
