This is a downloadable file of a turn of the century Edwardian sewing brochure, called "First Lessons in Darning & Mending for Home or School", published by the Manchester School of Embroidery. From my research, I believe this to be from 1905. There is instructional text, photos and illustrations of how to do patches with flannel and calico, prints, darning stockings, holes and much more.
