This is an original printed pattern.  It has been partially cut but is complete. One-Piece Dress. Tucks on the bodice and the full gathered skirt style the dress. Version A features long sleeves and a detachable collar. Version B has short cuffed sleeves. In sleeveless Version C, the bodice is of contrast fabric and a ribbon belt ties in front.
