This is an original printed pattern.  It has been previously used but is complete.  By American Designer Albert Nipon. Dress: Dress, 3 inches below mid-knee length, has collar band, blouson bodice tucked & gathered into self-lined yoke & waistband, front-buttoned band closing, flared skirt gathered into waistband, side zipper & short sleeves or full-length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs. Detachable, contrast, elasticized bow, single or double collar & cuffs. Edgestitching, narrow hems & topstitching.
